This has everything I need.

The videos on this app are detailed and very informational! So many students learn faster when they can actually watch the procedure numerous times and even mimic it at home before entering the classroom and doing it for a grade.

This app has it all. Only wish you could watch the videos offline.

I have been waiting for this for years!

Disappointing. For the CIA this is a lightweight version of the text and expensive too.

Since you cant print recipes and information it seems pretty poorly conceived for a modern version of the Pro Chef. Really just a novelty.

My go to book, along with Modernist Cuisine

Highlight and note function doesnt work. They work in the Inkling app but not in the standalone Professional Chef app.
